Cooking with Frag
Cooking with FRAG is a special segment that aired during the two-year livestream challenge and has recently been “Re-Booted” as a regular once-a-month production on his stream.
Frag’s motivation for producing this segment was to teach the basics of how to cook healthy, simple and economical meals. From his experience he has found that many people are afraid to cook because they just don’t know where to start and are worried they will mess things up.
In each episode he walks viewers step-by-step through the process of preparing dishes that are (for the most part) nutritious, delicious and easy on the budget. His goal primary goal is to build kitchen confidence and help viewers to make the kitchen (and healthy eating) more and more a part of their lives and to understand that even if they fail, to try again and learn from their mistakes.
